New to the website, my screen name does not have to do with fish, but rather is a shortened version of hootie and the blowfish, just thought i'd let you know so that no one thinks i'm an expert on fish or anything. Actually i know next to nothing about fish, thats why i'm here.

strange red spots...

my sailfin molly has developed strange red spots on his side. there are about 3 spots, and I have no idea what they are. (kinda look like blood) Any tips? what should i do to help him? my balloon belly is still flopping around, but hanging in there. Is this bad luck or am I just really bad at fish care?

My Sailfin molly died the other day. (He had 3 red spots on his side and then he died) And it kinda surprised me because he seemed healthier than the other one. My little balloon belly is still hanging in there

my balloon belly is doing better now that i do 20% water changes, but I'm not sure how to do the rocks--should i buy a fish net and scoop them out, how often do they need to be cleaned?
