Strange Female Guppy...

One of my female guppies are acting strange...

Lately, one of my female guppies has been lying on the bottom of the tank. She is VERY skinny. Her gills are basicly popping off her body. Also, she is breathing heavily. Once in a while, she gets up and joins the group, and eats with them. After, she's back to lying down in pain. Please help me! :(

Well, no one helped me and she died. :(
