You didn't mention a lot about your aquarium, the residents in it or the way the tank is arranged. So any responses must, of necessity, be brief and speculative.
Chances are she either dropped live fry that we eaten or if she was moved suddenly or not long before she was due, she might have miscarried. :(
If you would like more thoughts on what happened, please expand your description of what your aquarium is like. One of the very thoughtful members of Guppylog worked up a very useful check list. Picking up on her wise and innovative idea, I added to the list. Please take a look at all 40 questions in

Breeder's nets may be useful in saving fry. Something to consider though: if you couldn't separate your pregnant female guppy to another tank then where would you raise the fry so that they grow large and healthy?
I know that sounds like we're spending your money. But raising young fish to blooming adulthood does take a little space.
And with guppies and other livebearer, though fancy guppies may be more demanding in terms of the quality of care, we all worry about saving fry. Within a short time we worry about where in the world to put all of the fry. ;)
That is a problem common to almost all of us who would like to see pet fish procreate. :)
This last thought isn't meant to sound unfriendly but if you had skimmed the log submission before yours (it is always wise to look over a site a little before posting) you would see why submitting a diary is more in your best interests that submitting a log, which may not be seen by hardly anyone.
(Sometimes members of a forum are stuck with the software. We work out our own ways of getting around a well intended but cumbersome idea.)
Hope to hear from you in more detail.
All the best!
