its a 10 gallon tank with about 15-20 fry between ages of 2-6 months all female so far i seperate them when there parts start showing the air supply is simply hookek up to the tubing and put into a clear thing that came with the ug filter its a wal-mart ug filter idk if that matters im thinking about gettingf a power head for it the gravel is larger gravel a little larger then regular gravel its white pearl very natural about half an inch to an inch of gravel on top of it hope you can help me thanks soo much

I realize we have a lot of correspondents from (none / 0) (#4)

countries other than the US. But they know to proof read, use sentences, punctuation, capital letters and other conventions which enter most curriculums in the primary (first to third) grades.

I don't know whether people should be flattered that you think they can easily understand what you hurriedly plunked out or insulted that you have so little respect for your readers that you could thoughtlessly submit that.

Thoughtfulness is partly a function of maturity. But I've been privileged to know some 14-year-olds a lot more grown up in many ways than some 20, 40 or 60-year olds.

And you will want a pretty small powerhead for a ten. You are keeping guppies, not darters, Loricariids or hillstream loaches. Light colored gravel will cause your fish's colors to fade, sometimes dramatically.

How do you know it is not working? What are your (none / 0) (#2)

ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings over the last few months? Has the tank cycled? How often and how much (%) water are you partially changing?
