This is a question about mollies. I know this is guppylog and all, but this is my sister's molly. And she's pregnant. Can someone please answer my question?

I removed Holly from the main tank because of these white spots on her ( they're harder to see because Holly is white). But it doesn't look exactly like the ick. I looked at some pictures and read the immediate help, but it just doesn't fit what it looks like. The dots aren't fuzzy nor stringy, and I remember earlier that she had some on her left fin but now they're gone. She has one on her tail, her anal fin, and her right fin. She's eating okay and is acting like her normal self, not listless like ick the makes them. I did treat her with some ick guard. Please, she might not be a guppy, but if she dies my sister is going to kill me! (on account Holly was in MY 10 gallon tank.) Please reply! She's a good molly!
