Diary

I was cleaning my fry tank today and I did a 75% cleaning.  After I pulled the fry out I counted them to make sure that I had them all and guess what...  I had 7 fry not 6.  I don't know where the little one was hiding all that time but there he/she was.

I still can't tell if my Mollies are pregaent or not.  I put my divider back in and put them on their own side because the male was being a butthead and chasing the poor girls all over and I didn't want them to stress.  That was 3 days ago and still nothing.  The male has been doing his thing with the girls for a about a month now so I was hoping but I still have not seen anything.  I know this is not mollylog but hey they are in my tank and I am confused on them.

My female is doing good.  She has been somewhat sluggsh the past 2 days.  I don't know why but she is.  She looks to be heavy with eggs right now.  You can see taht there is something in there but they are yellow right now.  Eggs?  I am thinking yes.

I have started them on the bloodworms and they love them.  The only one that I see that is not eating them is my Tetra.  Even my snails love them.  They go to the top of the tank and they suck the bloodworms off the top of the water.  Its kinda cool to watch.

Well I think thats all that I have to write now.

I had a teeny fry in my litter of five, but it ended up dying after about three days.  I hope your 'runt' does better.

I have a very small fry.  It looks like it is only about a week old it is so small.  As of Friday they will be 3 weeks old.  The little fry does very well.  It eats just fine so I don't think there will be any problem with it staying alive.
Happy fish keeping :-)
