Ostrocods, bazillions of them

Goodness, is there anything I could get to eat them?

There are literally zillions of them in both tanks. On the upside they are keeping the tanks spotless and the water is amazingly clear. On the downside these little guys are all over the place and I fear for my fish. And they make me itch when I look at them. Any ideas?
