Something new today.  I cleaned out my eheim cannister filter and discovered some baby fish in the bottom.

I'm quite sure they are tetras, but they are completely transparent, presumably because they've grown in the dark.

I know this is off-topic for guppylog, but I wasn't expecting any baby fish from the non-livebearers.

The candidate list:
Rosey
Black phantom
Neon
Diamond
Headlight-Taillight
Bloodfin

I don't think they are neons or bloodfins, the shape isn't quite right.  But I guess I'll find out soon.

Let us know what they turn out to be. That is amazing but what a nice surprise.

Looks like diamond tetras.  The sparkle scales are showing up now.
