Anyway, we want to help you as much as possible and we answer as soon as we can but unfortunately we all have work commitments.

Just continue to be polite and put effort into your spelling (as you have been) but most of all remind us what tank set up you have with each new entry as we can't remember everything AND always give us TOO much info. Don't ever think we won't want to know something b/c that one thing could mean a big difference in our answers.

I've only been doing this for a year and a bit myself but I've learned a lot from unc;e, gg, Peter and the others. Yeah, sure we get sick of the same old questions but personally I don't care what your first question is as most newbies are in panick mode. I do expect everyone to eventually get round to reading most of the QuickLinks.

I also appreciate feedback to everyone's comments so we all know how well we are coping with your problems. When you read an answer to anybody's question, you should open the drop down box next to the "Rate All" button and choose how you want to "vote" for that comment. Then click the Rate All button. I don't get round to doing this for everything but I make a point of doing it for very good answers. The first two choices are really only used on stuff that should never appear - avoid them unless you must.

Oh, and click on everything that is green. Unc;e and I were quite slow at discovering some stuff here at GL and there is so much.
