Bummer... all five of my baby fry that I had in my 10 gal. baby tank died because I have been having Ammonia problems.. Now I'm worried about the 3 prego female guppies that I have in my 29 gal. tank, which also has 3 male guppies and 2 frogs..

You should do 25% water changes maybe every few days and see if that helps.  I know high ammonia levels are sometimes caused by overfeeding or overloading the tank or even by possibly adding to many to a new tank.

You might be able to buy some water treatments to reduce the levels as well.

Thank you for your help Maggie. By the way, the answer to my Ammonia problems is most likely overfeeding. How many times do you feed your fish, and how many fish do you have? I have only 6 male guppies and 2 frogs because my tank is fairly new. How much would you suggest I feed them. I'm going to start feeding them flakes in the morning and before I go to bed, and occasionally blood worms. Do you think that would feed my fish enough food, so that they're not starving, without raising the Ammonia even more?

I have 4 balloon mollies, 2 loaches, an algae eater, 6 fry in a fry net that sits inside the tank, and about 10 guppies, all different ages.  I feed them once in the am when I get up and then once when I get home from work.  I feed my algae eaters once I turn the light out so the rest of the fish do not eat it up on him.  You may want to watch them for the first few feedings, so you can try to guage how much to feed them so there is not much waste.

Thanks for the info Maggie. It really helps. I have been using that idea lately, and my Nitrite has gone down to 0-0.25 (between the two) I feed them flakes in the morning and flakes before bed. I have 5 guppies and 1 frog and they seem to do well with those feeding arrangements. I also feed them blood worms occasionally before bed instead of flakes.
