Well, after a HORRIBLE week of finals I'm done for good!!!  Yeah, US you called me not posting much all of finals week.

But a lot has happened since I've last seen my fish.  First, my baby grass guppy batch has dwindled in size:( but they babies are far from babies now.  They're nearly full grow, a bunch of pretty little girls!  My mosquito fish, (It is affinis), has been dropping fry sporatically.  I have seen 3 hiding in the java moss in the tank.  My guppies have FINALLY cleared the camallanus.  I had a few deaths but I believe its done.  And most importantly of all....I'm ready to buy my Endlers!!!!  Mr. Lockwood, I was wondering if yours were ready to ship?  I have an aquarium up and ready for em.  It's good being back.

Quiet Here (none / 0) (#3)
by miskairal on Tue May 11, 2004 at 02:53:52 PM PST

I'm glad I now know why it has been so quiet at guppylog - I was nearly going to ask "Where has everyone gone?"

I would say good luck to all who have just sat exams but it's not luck, is it? It's hard work so I hope all the hard work pays off and you get good results!

Re: Finals over! (none / 0) (#2)

Me to! Me too!  Now my brain won't hurt at the end of the day.  I wonder if Scott made it through finals without going apey, too.  Oh and click on the fish for sale button, I believe his Endlers are up.

Glad the finals are over. Also really pleased for (none / 0) (#1)

your and yours that the camallanus calamity seems to be finally done.

It is amazing sometimes how well fish will endure a really busy time in their caregiver's life. I would never advocate mistreating a pet. (Heck our Schoodle is my conscience anyway.)  But no dog, cat or canary would endure the neglect we can give fish. ;)

Be careful how many dambusia you allow to survive. I don't know what you could do with them. Of course, if you have a pike livebearer, all is well. ;)
