Hello, Here is a question about being gone again.

Hello,
In a picture that someone posted on this site there was a Platy that was eating some type of mellon...Could anyone tell me what that was? It was something with a green skin on it...Like the skin of a watermellon. I don't know what it was. It was a picture from www.imagestation.com
Please let me know. My family is going on vacation Thur. and I don't know how to feed my fish. I have automatic feeders...But not on the middle tank....Please let me know. Thx. Talk to you soon I hope! Bye bye!!!

Hi, don't have anyone feed while you're gone. (Unless it's for more than a few days.)  As far as I can tell, looks like a cucumber, maybe zuchinni.  Both are fabulous treats, if used a little on the sparingly side.  Boil both for a minute or two.  The only fish in my tanks that can handle raw zuchinni is my Syno.  The guppies will eat it, but boiled.
