ok....ive heard of male guppies being aggressive, and even a female or two chasing other fish around...but a fry?

I was watching my tank tonight and noticed on of the fry was a little roughed up.  His dorsal and caudal fins were a little ragged and I at first blew it off as a result of the move (I took my 10g from school home today).  Well, as I watched him, he was guarding an area of about 3 inches all the way around him like it was his territory.  Every time a fry or even an adult for that matter would come near, he would start nipping at them and chase them off.  Hes perfectly healthy...just a little fighter:)  I like him, he has personality.  I think I'll name him Bob Knight...:)...no offense.  Later ya'll, I'm getting some sleep so I can get up early and run to Louisville tomorrow.
