I had one of my male's in a plastice holder for a few hours while i was preparing a hosptial tank since his tail it getting bitten off.  When I trasnfered him I noticed clear jelly like stuff with little white dots in it at the bottom of the holder.  Do you have any idea what it could be?  Possibly snail eggs?

I do have some live plants in the tank, i tok out the stuff and placed it in an old betta tank, i am going to see what happens.  The little white dots seem to have gotten bigger over the last couple of days!

Most likely those are snail eggs, exactly.

Do you have any live plants in the tank you pulled him from?
