Gravid spot.  Actually, female guppies kept in a tank with any males of the species are usually pregnant, gravid spot dark or not.  You'll know for sure in around 28 days.

She will be carrying fertilized eggs which are developing into the live young she will drop shortly after she had spent some time with a male or males. (That is what they live for.)Female guppies are able to get pregnant for about three days after dropping fry.

She even sends out a pheromone (special chemical - scent?) alerting males to her condition.

Lab research has also indicated that females kept in a virgin tank will be quite receptive to
males.

Hope this is a useful addition to Nathan's very
accurate reply.
