In my twenty gallon tank i use to have 4 black skirted tetras, which nipped the fin of my guppy it use to be a really nice red cobra guppy. Now its tail is all fringed and about half of it it gone. I gave the tetras away and my guppys' tail is getten its colour back but no signs of regrowth. Can fish regrow their fins? How long does it take?

Fins will certainly regrow.  I had a black male guppy that got a big chunk taken out of his tail by a betta.  It takes time but the fins will grow back eventually so don't worry!
