When will my guppy have her babies?

Hi,I have had this female guppy for a while now and she hasn't had babies yet.(so this is a first)I have her isolated in a "fish net breeder" with a small fake bottom plant and a floting one.She has that "black spot" near her tail,she's real fat,and she chases the male guppie away.We have had her in the breeder for about 24 hrs.with no results,I have also looked closly at her belly and seen no eyes.How much longer do I have to wait for her to have babies?
