old home day!
You live within a couple hour's drive of a lot of terrific general, guppy and killifish clubs where you are now. Google those names and PA, NJ, MA, and NY. (There is of course also a list of lists on GL. Several of those links in the IH list should still work.)
As the fall rolls around many of those groups will have shows and or auctions. They also have monthly meetings and mini-auctions which offer some fine fish very reasonably. One does not have to be a dues paying member to participate. They will welcome your company and, uh, money. ;)
I'm sure that there are ways in which you are still moving in. (We still are after a couple of decades.) If your children are old enough, school of course or preschool, is starting up. There may be lots of things more important that guppies to concern you at the moment or for the next zillion years. But remember that falls and springs are great times to prowl around looking for wonderful fish. There are also some great shops out that way or so I'm told.
I just sent off an e-mail to a gentleman, making inquiries into whether a certain fish was available from him. Of course, I have no idea what I'd pay him with at the moment. ;)
All the best!
