Like thge other guy said some are just bigger than others. Are all the fry in the same tank. If they are in different tanks them they would be exposed to different evorments posibly giving one more of an advandenge to grow faster. He also might be a early blumer which stop going ealier so they can focus on reproduction. I'm not sure if this happens with mollies though. Don't see why it wouldn't. Also this is diary materal not log material. Also sometimes males are smalller than females. This isn't the case with my as my male molly is larger than my female. It could just be genes too. There are multiple reasons why he could be smaller than his sister. By 6 months I think they are done growing. Well that's not true all fish continue to grow till the day they die. It's a fact. It is just that is slows down conciderably when they become adults. Making it not noticable. That why the for example a 40 year old sturgeon is bigger than a 20 year old. They are both considered adults, but the 40 year old is older there so having grown more than the other sturgeon. I would wait and se what our friend unclescott has to say on this one though.
