But it isn't quickly found or isn't found in the FAQs, IH or the Google search. (We really need an Immediate Help editor.)

At the bottom of the box we type comments in, is a little box which initially says Plain Text. Change that to Auto Format.

That should activate

Click on Preview to see. Of course, if you type and spell as badly as I do, that is about the 32nd preview. ;)

If you would like this thread to start over, you should first highlight, save and paste your diary somewhere safe, like in a saved text file. Then reply that you would like to have the initial diary deleted. I'll do that and that should clean everything up. :)

Then submit a new diary. You should be able to copy and paste that text file into the new diary. Do preview it to make sure everything copied correctly. We get strange coding and numbers sometimes when copying from MS Word sometimes.
