I found it.... it is not quite the same as your fish, since the top flag which extends from the caudal is rounded and yours appear to be rectangular, but the genes that cause it are probably similar... the tail style that is being developed is called "rondel" because that flag is rounded.... my remembery is getting worse, you'd think I'd have remembered that about the different shape.... getting old is the pits, but it sure beats the alternative!
