How many gallons of tank did you empty? What fish went into the 55? Will the little mollies be at risk?

First of alll i had 4 different tanks set up, (10, 10, 20 and a 5) Apparently the only one at risk was the pleco because he died, i feel so bad. I kept the 5 gallon set up for the mosquito fish, but i moved the 2 big females into the 55 gallon. Overall i emptied about 40 gallons.
