Yep, platies and swordtails interbreed...or so I was told about 10-15 years ago.:)

Far as cory eggs...if you want them to hatch, get them out...the others will eat the eggs. I had a pair that bred every few weeks but I never took them out...so they ended up snacks.:)

Be careful...the eggs fungus pretty often.
