Same here. Go see a Dr. They can determine if any further treatment is necessary. In the meantime I would treat with a triple antibiotic ointment and use gloves when handling the contents of the tank.

Good luck with a possible restart and hope your sore clears up quickly.
Before all else fails....do a 25% water change ;)
