wow!!!  good for you then!!!  I am working on getting a 30gal tank and buying a divider so that I can keep my males and females (guppies)  in the same one just separate.....my males LOOOOVE to breed!!!

Sounds like you've got your hubby all buttered up then!  I need to learn how to do that!  hehe....
Well, you definantly have many many more females then I  will ever have in one tank!  I currently have 26 females in one 10gal tank and 19 males in a 6gal tank....they are all about 6 months old...well on Aug. 7th they will be!

However, their numbers will all decrease by next week....I will be selling half of the males and over half of the females to a pet shop.  It was agreed that I would $1.00 for every two guppies.....I guess that is pretty good considering they are babies and fish of all animals!!!

My problem was I live in a tiny town without a market for the offspring and at that time was dairying and unable to travel any distance between milkings to take them any where. I also had some disease - ?columnaris, ?fish TB, dropsy and was unable to control any of it with so many fry always adding to the population explosion and consequent overstocking. I was doing water changes every second day.

A friend took about 30 males knowing the disease problems and he only had one die.

I was clueless about fish keeping when I inherited tank 1 and the'd all be dead now if it wasn't for guppylog.

Congratulation on having a "market" for your fish as you will be able to continue enjoying breeding them.
