Ammonia causes holes and raw patches - it burns. Burns = PAIN!!

Can you please tell us:
1. How long you have had your fish?
2. How many fish you have?
3. What size is your tank?
4. How long the tank has had fish in it (which may well be a different answer to no. 1)?
5. How often you do water changes?
6. How much water do you change each time?
7. Exactly what your "very high" Ammonia level is?
