Hi punk4life,
Can I just say to everyone that unless the treatment is having ill effects, don't ever stop ie. always do exactly what the directions say especially if an antibiotic is involved. Just because symptoms are no longer visible doesn't mean the treatment isn't still required as there may be still bacteria/parasites still present in different stages or less of them.

If you discontinue an antibiotic before the prescribed time you may well leave behind the most resistant bacteria which will thrive and become even more resistant to the antibiotic and next time you get the problem the antibiotic won't work.

With parasites you may leave behind the egg/larvae stages which will grow after you stop treatment and reinfect.
