Yes, thanks for that insight. I imagine it would be a little hard for an alligator to even see a guppy let alone aim and catch one and they are probably too well fed to bother with something so tiny.

The size of the enclosure would help with the guppy size and the fact that the water is probably kept relatively clean. I dont' imagine there are too many guppies out there in that sized area without predators also being there.
