Lack of interest by both parties would worry me.  I've had females snub a male before and a few males snub a particular female when there were others around but leaving her alone entirely?  Wierd.  In some cases, the males will try to bother an obviously pregnant female even while they are delivering.  You said she's a young female, are you sure?  I've had a late bloomer fool me a time or two.

an obviously pregnant female even while they are delivering." As obnoxious and yucky as that sounds, they were trying to be the first to imseminate her. If Houde is to be believed, a female may mate about three times after delivering and after a couple of days it is no longer possible to inseminate her.

"Lack of interest by both parties would worry me..." Look carefully, were they both just having a smoke after... ;)

Hahahaha!

No honestly, there were about 30 males in there and the tank is right beside my pc where I spend as much time as possible and she'd be over one end with a few very small males and the "big boys" woudl be off chasing each other :)

No, not a late bloomer Angelee, she's got a definite gravid spot and judging by the increase in size/area of the gravid spot over the last few days, I'd say she is a pregnant fishy <SIGH>

Does anyone know of a version of "The pill" for guppies :)
