I wouldn't put mollies with gups. Not only are they much bigger than gups, they are definite bullies (to each other and other fish). They also eat a whole lot so they will end up eating all the food and your gups will have nothing left. I had a pair of dalmatian mollies in with my gups for a while, until the mollies (especially the female) started chasing away the gups from the feeding corner as soon as I arrived. Then I said enough is enough so I put them in a 5 gal tank of their own. Then the female molly hounded the male relentlessly until at last I sold both of them.
