Finding fry? | 3 comments (3 topical, 0 editorial, 0 hidden)
Make a noise like a baby brine shrimp? ;) (none / 0) (#1)

Ok, maybe this is a bit more legitimate: Put some hornwort or other floating plant in a thicket in a corner - probably at the other end of the tank from any filter. Leave the tank light on or (if you are careful of splashing water) stand a reading lamp closely over the corner with the floating plants. I've even picked up the aquarium light and set it on the end of the tank.

Hopefully the fry will head for the light. Knock on wood... :)

All the best!
u.s.

I agree with u.s.  I had fry earlier this year and found the best way to find them was to have a floating plant, or a plant with leaves that the fry can rest on.  This seemed to be the best way for me to be able to find the fry and move them into my other tank.  Good luck!
