A minor nit (none / 0) (#9)
by Scott Lockwood on Thu Dec 04, 2003 at 03:29:12 PM PST

The HTML image tag is basically <img src=location_of_fishy_picture></img>

Actually, the img tag doesn't require a </img> to close, and the location_of_fishy_picture should be src="location_of_fishy_picture"

:-)

simplicity is the key (none / 0) (#20)

1. I know that the Html image tag does not require </img> .  But for some reason this forum does and I didn't want to confuse people.
2. I believe from checking the source in the forum that " are added by default you don't have to put it in.  I also didn't state this so as not to confuse people.

When people are trying to learn to do something new, sometimes less information is a good thing.

laurly :)

AMEN! (none / 0) (#22)
by Angelee on Fri Dec 05, 2003 at 04:30:10 PM PST

I've been to the local aquarium and taken some lovely pictures of the glass (DUHHH!  darn flash)  I figured a way around it after rolls.  Partially cover the flash and it gets better.  Digital camera here I come! Ahhh, technology ain't it grand?

Tell me about it. (none / 0) (#14)
by GuppyAdict on Thu Dec 04, 2003 at 06:59:19 PM PST

I took over 50 pictures of my guppies and I only got maybe 10 good ones.

I found that it is easier if you feed them and then start snapping away.

The beauty of digital cameras: not wasted film. (none / 0) (#16)
by unclescott on Thu Dec 04, 2003 at 07:11:50 PM PST

The huge draw back of many digital cameras: slow shutter speed and a photo collection of fish tails. And that is no fish tale.

I don't know what we would do without our digital camera.  We got our money's worth the first week we bought it, due to the birth of my son.

Can you imagine how much money and time we are saving with these cool cameras?
